Greetings from the Chimayo Chile Man, Carlos Medina.  We are excited to present 400 years of traditional home recipes, and the  chile spices that have made Chimayo, New Mexico famous.

For generations our ancestors have cultivated the lands, and today we are honored to share with you the experiences we have been reared with.
